🌊 Splash Pad Rules & Instructions

Thank you for booking our Splash Pad! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please review and follow the guidelines below carefully.

📍 Pre-Setup Safety Check

The splash pad must be set up on flat, clean grass ONLY and be free of rocks, dirt, mud, sticks, sharp objects, pet waste, or debris.

The setup location must be a safe, accessible area that is free from low-hanging tree branches, power lines, or other overhead obstructions.

Please ensure the splash pad will not be in an area with excessive mud, drainage issues, or hazards like traffic or steep slopes.

Our team reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is unsafe.

📋 Setup & Operation Instructions

Water Source: A standard garden hose and working outdoor water connection are the renter’s responsibility. Please ensure the hose is long enough to reach the exact location where the splash pad will be set up. We recommend checking water pressure and hose length in advance to avoid any delays during setup.

Electrical Source: An outlet within 50 feet is required.

Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times while the splash pad is in use.

Water Management: Turn off the water supply when the splash pad is not in use to prevent over-saturation.

Blower Operation: The blower must remain on while the splash pad is in use and must be turned off immediately if strong winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe weather conditions occur.

🚨 Safety Rules

Ages: Recommended for children aged 1-7 years.

Footwear: No shoes allowed on the splash pad. Barefoot or water shoes only.

Behavior: No running, rough play, pushing, or horseplay on or around the splash pad.

No Sharp Objects: Keep all sharp objects, toys, and food away from the splash pad.

Water Depth: This is a shallow water play area. Some light pooling is normal, but deep or standing water is not allowed. Always supervise children and ensure the play area remains safe and manageable.

Weather: Do not use the splash pad during thunderstorms, high winds, or unsafe weather.

🌙 Overnight Guidelines

If your rental includes overnight use, the following rules apply:

The blower must be turned off and removed from the splash pad each night.

Store the blower indoors or in a secure, dry location to prevent damage or unauthorized use.

The splash pad must not be used overnight or without adult supervision.

Leaving the blower connected and running overnight is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

💧 Cleaning & Care

Keep the splash pad clean and free of debris.

Do not use soap, bubble solutions, or any additives in the water.

Pets are not allowed on the splash pad.

⚠️ Important

The splash pad involves continuous water use and may result in wet or muddy grass in the setup area. Please plan accordingly when choosing your rental space. We recommend selecting an area with proper drainage to avoid excessive pooling or soggy conditions.

Grass Disclaimer: Water play may result in wet or oversaturated grass, especially with extended or repeated use. In most cases, the grass will return to normal within a few days once it dries out.

However, please note: We are not responsible for any damage to grass, turf, or landscaping that may occur due to water exposure, foot traffic, or equipment placement. We strongly recommend choosing a well-drained area and turning off sprinklers on the day of your rental.

⏰ Rental Terms

Rental Duration: Up to 4 hours, overnight ($100) or weekend (+$200) rental.

Water Source Responsibility: Customer is responsible for providing the water source.

Damages: Customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow these guidelines.

🚚 Important Splash Pad Pickup Instructions

To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup, please follow these steps carefully:

Before Pickup

Turn Off Water: Shut off the water supply and disconnect the hose at a minimum 2 hours before pickup or in the morning if your pickup is later in the day.

Open Drain Plugs: The splash pad has drain plugs. These must be opened to allow water to fully drain out before our team arrives.

Leave It Inflated: The splash pad must be inflated at minimum 2 hours (longer the better) before pickup so it can dry out and be inspected before takedown.

Start Drying Early: Light pooling is normal, but allowing the unit time to dry helps us avoid water damage during packing.

🧼 Clean the Area

Remove toys, trash, food, and debris from the splash pad and surrounding area.

Do not leave behind mud, grass, or excessive moisture—a cleaning fee may apply if the equipment is not properly maintained.

🚫 Do Not:

Deflation Instructions: Please do not deflate the splash pad before pickup—our team will handle the deflation during equipment removal.
However, if you have an overnight rental, the splash pad must be turned off and deflated overnight for safety.
To help with drying, please re-inflate it the morning of pickup and keep it inflated until our team arrives.

Do not leave the area blocked by cars, gates, or pets. We need clear access to retrieve the equipment.

Do not allow continued use once the unit is prepped for pickup.
