Soft Play Rental Rules & Safety Guidelines

At Palm Beach Soft Play, safety is our top priority. To help keep little ones safe and our equipment clean and in excellent condition, please follow these guidelines throughout your rental:

1. Adult supervision is required at all times. A responsible adult (18+) must actively supervise children while using the play area.
2. Shoes, jewelry, glasses, and other sharp or loose items must be removed before entering the soft play area.
3. No food, drinks, candy, or gum are permitted inside the play area.
4. No face paint, paint, water balloons, glitter, silly string, confetti, or similar products may be used in or near the equipment, as they may cause permanent staining or damage.
5. No smoking or vaping in or near the play area.
6. Do not climb, sit, pull, or lean on safety gates or fencing.
7. Please follow the recommended age and capacity limits for your specific rental package. Soft play equipment is intended for children ages 5 and under.
8. Pets and sharp objects must be kept away from the play area.
9. Adults may not sit, stand, climb, or lean on soft play equipment.
10. Children must be completely dry before entering the play area. Wet clothing, swimsuits, or wet feet are not permitted.
11. Rough play, pushing, wrestling, or other unsafe behavior is not permitted.
12. Equipment should remain in its original setup location and should not be moved during the rental without permission from Palm Beach Soft Play.

Bounce House & Inflatable Rules

For rentals that include an inflatable, all manufacturer safety instructions displayed on the inflatable must be followed in addition to the guidelines below.

1. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the inflatable.
2. Socks are required. Shoes, sneakers, sandals, and flip-flops must be removed before entering.
3. No food, drinks, candy, or gum inside the inflatable.
4. No face paint, glitter, silly string, confetti, party poppers, colored streamers, or similar products on or near the inflatable. These products can permanently stain or damage the material.
5. No pushing, wrestling, flips, rough play, piling, or intentional collisions.
6. Children using the inflatable together should be of a similar size and age whenever possible.
7. Never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended occupancy or weight limits for the inflatable.
8. Remove jewelry, glasses, pens, pencils, keys, and other sharp or loose objects before entering.
9. Adults and children should not use the inflatable at the same time unless the inflatable is specifically rated for adult use.
10. Do not climb, hang, sit, or stand on inflatable walls, netting, or entrances.
11. Children should enter and exit safely and must not push, fight, or behave in a way that could injure themselves or others.
12. Never use the inflatable while it is inflating or deflating.
13. If the blower stops working or the inflatable begins to lose air, everyone must exit immediately and calmly. Contact Palm Beach Soft Play for assistance.
14. Inflatables must not be used during rain, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions. If weather conditions become unsafe, immediately remove all children from the inflatable and discontinue use.
15. The blower, electrical cords, stakes/weights, and other safety equipment must not be moved, unplugged, covered, or tampered with during the rental.
