Shade is highly recommended for our equipment, as the vinyl can get extremely hot and unsafe in high temperatures. Please ensure the setup area has adequate shade from trees, buildings, or similar structures.

Important Rental Information:


  • Timed Venue Access Fee may apply for venues with limited access windows requiring additional staffing and coordination.
  • Hotel & Large Venue Fee may apply for hotels or venues with extended walk distances, elevators, or complex load-in requirements that require additional staff and time.
  • Delivery fees and applicable sales tax are not included in the listed rental pricing.
  • A minimum booking amount of $350 applies to all reservations.


Delivery Access Requirements:


To ensure a smooth and safe setup for your event, please review the following access guidelines:


  • Distance: Equipment MUST be able to be delivered within 100 feet from where we can park our delivery vehicle. Longer distances may require additional assistance or fees.
  • Stairs: We cannot deliver soft play equipment up or down stairs. All setups must be at ground level or accessible by a ramp or elevator.
  • Pathway: The pathway to the setup area must be clear, level, and at least 36 inches wide to accommodate our equipment carts.
  • Obstacles: Please ensure there are no tight corners, steep hills, soft sand, or uneven terrain that could block or delay delivery.
  • Indoor Events: For indoor setups, doors must be at least 36 inches wide. Please also ensure elevators (if needed) are available and large enough to transport equipment.
  • Surface: For safety and stability, all equipment must be installed on a flat, clean, dry and level surface (grass, turf, concrete, or indoor flooring). We are unable to set up on dirt, sand, loose gravel, or muddy areas. Grass must be cut prior to arrival to ensure proper leveling and a clean presentation.

Please inform us when booking if any access requirements may be an issue. If we arrive for delivery and the access guidelines were not communicated in advance, we reserve the right to refuse setup and cancel services without a refund. Not sure? Send us a photo to see if we can help!
