Soft Play Rental Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Palm Beach Soft Play. We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and beautiful play experience for your little guests. Please review the following guidelines before your event to help ensure everyone’s safety and protect our equipment.
Setup Requirements:
To ensure a safe installation, the setup area must be:
Clean, level, and completely dry
Free of rocks, sticks, pet waste, mud, standing water, and other debris
Accessible at the scheduled delivery time
Our soft play equipment may be set up on grass, artificial turf, concrete, pavers, hardwood, tile, or carpet.
For outdoor events, the play area must remain in full shade or under a covered structure throughout the rental. Direct sunlight can cause the equipment to become hot and unsafe for children.
Safety Guidelines:
Our soft play equipment is designed for children 5 years of age and younger.
To help ensure a safe play environment:
Adult supervision is required at all times.
Shoes, jewelry, glasses, and sharp accessories must be removed before entering the play area.
Children should play safely and respectfully at all times.
Running, rough play, pushing, climbing on the safety gates, or misuse of the equipment is not permitted.
Adults and older children should not sit, stand, or lean on the equipment or safety gates.
Please do not exceed the recommended capacity of the play area.
Keeping the Play Area Clean:
To maintain the quality of our equipment, the following are not permitted in or around the play area:
Food, drinks, candy, or gum
Face paint, body paint, markers, crayons, slime, glitter, or confetti
Pets
Sharp objects
Smoking or vaping
Dry Play Only:
Our equipment is intended for dry use only.
Please do not use the equipment with:
Sprinklers
Splash pads
Pools
Water balloons
Foam parties
Water toys
Wet clothing
If rain or severe weather occurs during your event, discontinue use immediately and cover the equipment if possible. Please contact us if weather impacts your rental.
Equipment Care:
Our equipment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every rental. Please help us keep it in excellent condition by following these guidelines:
Do not move or relocate the equipment after it has been installed.
Do not drag equipment across the ground.
Do not use household cleaners, disinfectants, or chemicals on the equipment.
If a spill or accident occurs, please contact us before attempting to clean the equipment.
Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for excessive soiling, stains, water exposure, face paint, gum, or damage resulting from misuse.
Rental Responsibility:
The renter is responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period and agrees to:
Provide continuous adult supervision.
Ensure all guests follow these guidelines.
Keep the equipment clean, dry, and free from prohibited items.
Turn off all sprinklers for the duration of the rental.
Accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow these guidelines.
