🧸 Soft Play Rental Rules & Instructions

Thank you for booking our Soft Play equipment! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please carefully review and follow these rules.


📋 Setup & Space Requirements

Surface: Soft Play must be set up on a clean, flat, dry surface (grass, turf, carpet, or hard flooring).

Outdoor Setups: Must be fully shaded or under a covered area to protect children and prevent equipment from overheating.

Clean Area: Setup area must be free from sharp objects, pet waste, rocks, and debris.

Water Management:

Soft Play is DRY PLAY ONLY.

Do not use with water, sprinklers, splash pads, or wet clothing.

Sprinklers must be turned off the entire day of the rental. Water exposure will damage the equipment and can create slipping hazards.

Weather: In case of rain, high winds, or unsafe weather, stop use immediately and cover the equipment to prevent damage.


🚸 Safety Rules

Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult (18+ years old) at all times.

Age Limit: Soft Play is designed for children 5 years old and younger.

Footwear & Accessories: Shoes, jewelry, and glasses must be removed before entering the Soft Play area.

Dry Play Only:

Children must be completely dry when entering the Soft Play area.

No wet clothing, water toys, splash play, or wet equipment is allowed.

Behavior:

No running, rough play, pushing, or climbing on the safety gates.

No sitting, standing, or leaning on equipment or safety gates by adults or older children.

Cleanliness:

No food, drinks, candy, or gum inside the Soft Play area.

Prohibited Items:

No sharp objects, pets, or water balloons in or near the Soft Play area.

No face painting, paint, or confetti near the Soft Play area.

No smoking near the Soft Play area.

Capacity: Always ensure the Soft Play area stays within its maximum capacity and appropriate age group (5 years and under).


🛑 Prohibited Uses

No water, sprinklers, splash pads, or wet play near or on the Soft Play equipment.

No relocation of equipment after setup.

No face paint, confetti, sharp objects, or food inside the Soft Play area.


🧼 Cleaning & Care

Keep the Soft Play area clean and free of debris.

Do not use household cleaners or chemicals on the equipment.

A cleaning fee may apply for excessive messes, face paint, gum, or water damage.


✅ Rental Responsibility

Customer is responsible for active supervision at all times.

Customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, water exposure, or failure to follow these rules.

Customer is responsible for turning off sprinklers the entire day of the rental to protect equipment.
